Own the Neighborhood:
Follow these 3 steps to take ownership of the heating and cooling business in targeted neighborhoods and get your 2010 sales headed in the right direction:
|
|
 |
1. Choose the neighborhood(s) you'd like to "own."
Examine your customer list to identify people who live in areas where most homes are...
► Single family,
► Owner-occupied,
► At least five to ten years old.
These are neighborhoods where you'd like to own the heating & cooling business. Choose one or more as the main focus for your 2010 business building efforts. Target at least one current customer in each neighborhood you want to own. |

3. Make the Neighbor Network commitment.
Each month, send AT LEAST 100 AdVantageSM Neighbor Network cards to each targeted neighborhood. Just select a current customer's address. The AdVantage system will automatically identify 25, 50, 100 or more prospective customers nearby and make it easy for you to create and send customized postcards.
